Dogo
Canario Club of America Registry
The
Dogo Canario Club of America has opened it's stud book as of January
1, 2004. The stud book is open to all purebred Dogo
Canario in North America, with emphasis on registration of dogs in
the United States and it's territories.
We
are currently offering:
The
Dogo Canario Club of America stud books were established to record
and track the development and progress of the breed, to admit new
dogs into a purebred registry to broaden the genetic pool and to
prepare the Dogo Canario for further recognition in the United
States.
With
the cooperation of the parent club, Club Español del Dogo Canario,
and access to records from the origin country, we have the most
complete and up to date information on the breed available in North
America.
The
DCCA stud books and registry are not designed to take the place of
FCI country registrations and continues to promote that all dogs in
the United States and it's territories continue to be registered
with the Federación Canófila de Puerto Rico.
